journey towards a Net Zero future?
That's the challenge that Evan (CEO) wanted to solve through his PhD at ETH Zurich: his academic team developed optimization algorithms that combine profitability requirements with sustainability and forecasting methodologies - the heart and brain of what would become Optiml.
It was during a cycling holiday that Jordi (CTO) decided to come on board, and Optiml spun off from ETH in November 2022. Nico (CCO) completes the co-founder trio, complementing the deep industry and technology expertise of the other founders with his business background.
